Issues caused by accidental damage aren’t covered under the Apple Limited Warranty.
 
 
We’ll examine your iPhone before we confirm the repair price. Most screen repairs are caused by accidental damage, which isn’t covered under the Apple warranty. 
 
 
If you have AppleCare+, it includes two incidents of accidental damage coverage. Each incident has a service fee that you can apply towards screen repair. If you don’t have AppleCare+, your costs will vary.

Please ensure that you have an up-to-date back up of your iPhone and ‘Find my Phone’ has been disabled. Please follow this link for further information.
 
We do have loan iPhones available at a cost if required.

iPhone Battery Replacement

If your iPhone is covered by warranty, AppleCare+, or consumer law, we’ll replace your battery at no charge. Not sure if you’re covered? Check if you have AppleCare+ by entering your iPhone serial number.
If your iPhone has any damage that impairs the replacement of the battery, such as a cracked screen, that issue will need to be resolved prior to the battery replacement. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the repair.

For all battery replacement repairs completed at Computer Depot, please allow between 2-5 hours for completion. If the repair, for any reason, is unsuccessful the iPhone will need to be sent to Apple for replacement. At which point the repair could take anywhere between 3- 5 business days.
